This Privacy Policy describes how Petzsea Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Petzsea”, “we”, or “us”) processes personal data when you use our website, mobile apps, vendor dashboard, and services.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- You provide it. Name, email, phone, shipping address, pet profiles, payment details, and product reviews.
- Automatically. Device and browser info, IP address, usage events (pages viewed, items purchased), and approximate location.
- From partners. Payment processors, delivery partners, and vendors confirming orders.
How we use information
- Fulfil orders and connect you to vendors, vets, trainers, and groomers.
- Personalise recommendations for your pet's species, breed, and life stage.
- Process Petzsea Coins, referrals, and subscription auto-deliveries.
- Improve our platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
When we share data
Petzsea never sells your personal data. We share minimum-necessary info with:
- Vendors and service providers handling your order or booking.
- Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe) processing transactions.
- Logistics partners for delivery and live-animal shipping.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect users.

We use cookies for session management, cart persistence, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. Disabling essential cookies may break some features (like checkout).
How we protect data
All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Payment data is tokenised and never stored on Petzsea servers. Access to production data is limited to authorised engineers and monitored 24×7.

- Delete your account and associated data.
- Opt out of marketing emails and push notifications.

Children's privacy
Petzsea is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll notify you of material changes via email and in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
