What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. We also use similar technologies — local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) — which we collectively refer to as “cookies” in this policy.
How Petzsea uses cookies
- Strictly necessary. Keep you signed in, remember your cart, protect you from CSRF and other attacks.
- Preference. Remember your theme, language, default pincode and currency.
- Analytics. Understand how our marketplace is used so we can improve it. We aggregate and anonymise this data.
- Marketing. Show you relevant offers on Petzsea and third-party platforms. You can opt out at any time.
Third-party cookies we set
We work with trusted processors like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Razorpay and Stripe. Each processor is contractually required to handle data responsibly and only on our instructions.
Managing cookies
You can adjust your cookie preferences any time from our in-app cookie banner or your browser's privacy settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break core features such as checkout and sign-in.
Do-not-track signals
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable and never sell personal data. Browser-level “Do Not Track” (DNT) requests are not a recognised standard, so we do not respond to DNT alone.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page whenever our cookie practices change and notify you in-app for any material update.
